Al onze producten worden indien nodig vooraf, tijdens en na het proces gecontroleerd met onze 3D-meetmachine van Mitutoyo. You can then be sure that each part meets the specifications and tolerances you demand. Voor diverse klanten vullen we bij elk product een volledig meetrapport in. Daarin leggen we alle gespecificeerde maten nog eens vast, gemeten met de hoogste nauwkeurigheid.

Vapor Degreaser
After processing, all products pass through our vapor degreaser as standard. With modified alcohol and an evaporation process that keeps the liquid continuously pure, all grease and oil residues disappear under high temperatures. The result: parts that are completely clean and immediately usable, even in sectors such as medical technology, food, high-tech, attraction and packaging where absolute certainty counts.
